Message	Not mechanical failure but had a tire blow out thanks to freezing temps and metal shrpanels on the road. Right when it started to make thud noises, I pulled over and inspect, nothing out of the ordinary. 1/8th mile later steering wheel goes sideways, pull under a bridge offramp and my rear passenger side is smoking up burnt rubber like crazy... First time ever hitch hiking, from an STI owner (fail).. 40 mi hitch to Redding and ride back up with a tow truck. Stranded in town until next day. Worst moment of the 1000 mile roadtrip, but the Z held up rest of the way.
